GEC prides itself on prompt diagnosis and quick response of recommendations. Many of the diagnosis and verbal recommendations can be made within 24 hours and written reports within 48 hours.
Additionally, the GEC staff has over 10 years of turfgrass diagnostics and 15 years of fungicide field evaluation experience and is continuing fungicide testing under golf course management conditions.
GEC’s microscopes have digital imaging capabilities, and all write-ups will provide a micrograph (photograph taken with a microscope) of symptoms and signs observed during diagnosis. On-site visit reports will include embedded digital images and micrographs of findings. All recommendations will be provide on an unbiased basis and based on current research by GEC and University testing.
